The boat has quite advanced, it is increasingly beautiful, you will be able to judge you even on the photographs. This allowed us, Thierry and myself, to finish, the sanding of the last bronze parts of my machine.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;J'en avais profité pour sabler (abrasif très fin), la dernière acquisition de barre à roue en bronze, de notre collègue Thierry, qui est venu me rejoindre dans la matinée , et que je remercie de son aide précieuse, pour le démontage de certaines pièces, qu'il me passait à fur et mesure de cette opération très limitée dans le temps.&lt;br /&gt;En effet l'entreprise accueillante, fermait normalement ses portes en fin de matinée, cepandant l'un des associés à eu la gentillesse de nous laisser seuls dans son atelier, pendant qu'il allait prendre son déjeuner à l'extérieur. margin: 2px;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/hello/252/5340/400/DSCN2389.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Le systéme de ce graissage a trois particularités, on y voit toujours le niveau d'huile, il est réglable au goutte à goutte (vis pointeau  effilée en interne, et vision de la goutte qui tombe dans le petit godet de verre en dessous), et une fois la navigation terminée on relève le système de bloquage de la vis pointeau au débit d'huile désiré, le pointeau qui est toujours sous la tension d'un ressort se positionne sur son siège, ce qui arrête le débit d'huile du goutte à goutte.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sous ce graisseur, j'ai usiné une rampe de distribution pour trois départs, en tuyau de cuivre de 3 mm, et à terme, j'ai l'intention d'y adjoindre en dessous de cette rampe, 3 robinets à boisseau shérique en laiton qui m'équilibreront chaque débit d'huile pour chaque départ.&lt;br /&gt;L'ensemble est repris sur un boulonnage existant de la machine.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://photos1.blogger.com/hello/252/5340/640/DSCN1821.0.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="border: 1px solid rgb(102, 0, 0); margin: 2px;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/hello/252/5340/400/IMG_7176.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Samedi 3 décembre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La température hivernale étant plus clémente , j'ai remis les pieds au chantier de Sèvres .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Je vous joins mes essais de lattage de pont, Thierry  m'ayant apporté une chute de planche de mélèze d'un chantier naval du coté de Plouer sur Rance.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;J'ai découpé cette chute en lamelles en droit de fil de 30 mm de large x 4 mm sur un longueur (en réel l'épaisseur sera de 6 mm, pour aboutir à 5 mm après ponçage).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Le tout collé sur un ctp, les lattes témoins sont espacées de 5 mm, l'espace sera comblé en pâte élastomère, durcissable avec le temps, et que l'on puisse reponcer cet ensemble.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://photos1.blogger.com/hello/252/5340/640/DSCN2285.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="border: 1px solid rgb(102, 0, 0); le salon nautique n'est pas loin, je vais certes me documenter sur d'autres teintes possibles.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Je verrais bien ce type de bois (en courbes formées et de grandes longueurs bien sûr) sur le pont de keltia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;C'est un bois agréable à travailler, et et son côté beige rosé  et clair tranchera un peu sur la couleur brun foncé du Makoré de ma coque.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;L'offre du prix en bois scié  et raboté par le chantier naval (adresse de Thierry) me semble aussi correcte pour la fourniture et en main d'oeuvre, et le sera d'autant plus si Thierry (ou d'autres ..) se joignent à cette première proposition, pour un coût plus intéressant, ou tout le monde serait "gagnant / gagnant"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;(Que ceux qui sont intéressés me le fasse savoir)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thierry &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;J'ai aussi préparé les équerres de pavois, une lisse viendra ceinturer les 3 pontelets (encastrement à mi-bois).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;J'ai prévu 3 pièces sur chaque bordé, en gros:  une membrure sur deux, la lisse de pavoi prendra appui dans un encastrement sur les cloisons (avant er arrière)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://photos1.blogger.com/hello/252/5340/640/DSCN22811.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="border: 1px solid rgb(102, 0, 0); float: left;" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Montage du safran, des aiguillots et fémelots, dans une autre correspondance.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cordialement JJ&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;17 octobre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Pose des bancs  , suite et fin  (enfin ..)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Depuis mes mésaventures sur les réglages fins d'une dégauchisseuse (épisode du 10 septembre), depuis j'ai appris, et je me suis remis à l'ouvrage pour terminer ces bancs contrariants.&lt;br /&gt;Le plot de Sipo, ayant été déligné,les planches rabotées et bien dressées sur chant , la cote d'épaisseur amenée à 20 mm, j'ai demandé à mon ami Christian de m'apporter sa petite machine à fraiser les encoches à lamelles.&lt;br /&gt;Mon ami, m'a fait une démonstration de cette machine, d'une simplicité déconcertante, sur un vernier on règle la hauteur de fraisage, ou seront positionné les lamelles (ou biscuits), machine et planche bien à plat, en face des repères, mise en route et on pousse jusqu'à la butée.&lt;br /&gt;Si tous vos éléments de bois sont aux mêmes cotes, et que vous travailler sur une bonne surface plane; vous êtes sûrs que tous vos fraisages seront biens alignés avec ceux de l'autre planche d'en face, sinon gare aux décalages.&lt;br /&gt;Pour le reste, les photos parlent d'elles mêmes, encollage à l'époxy des "biscuits" et des chants, serrage aux serre-joints.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://photos1.blogger.com/img/252/5340/640/COLLAG%7E1.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="border: 1px solid rgb(102, 0, 0); margin: 2px;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/img/252/5340/400/DSCN1780.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A priori, celà fait large, mais il y aura un petit pontage de 14 cm, en retrait du livet de coque, et une hiloire, pour fermer le tout, il me restera quand même un bonne assise de 30 cm, ce qui permettra au pilote d'être de coté ou face à la proue (et au co-pilote ou patron de bien se caler dans le fond sur des coussins et d'allonger les jambes pour une sieste bien méritée).&lt;br /&gt;Réflexion personnelle à mon ami CR, et mécano de l'eskiff " A quoi sert le pouvoir, si on ne peut pas en abuser".&lt;br /&gt;Cette nouvelle semaine, sera mise à contribution pour l'achat d'une ou deux planches en 'avivé', en 22 mm d'épaisseur, de Sipo, chez Ets Vilatte à Chatillon , comme celà je pourrais y faire du copeau, et poser les deux bancs samedi 10 -&lt;br /&gt;Cordialement à tous, et bon courage à celui qui reprend le travail demain matin (il se reconnaîtra), et pour l'encourager, je lui cite une citation de Jean René, mon papa " il n'y a pas plus courageux, qu'un fainéant qui se met au travail" -&lt;br /&gt;JJ&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Samedi 29 juillet 2005&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Suite des travaux de la pose du châssis machine et de l'accouplement avec l'arbre d'hélice, ces qq photos parlent d'elles mêmes.&lt;br /&gt;J'ai opté pour une solution de pose sur cornière inox 304 L.épaisseur 3 mm (çà ne risque pas de plier).&lt;br /&gt;Les deux longerons (ou carlingues) de support de machine, en chêne blanc de 30 mm , sont en écartement de 250 mm, (largeur du châssis de la machine + quelques mm), j'ai boulonné les deux cornières en premier lieu sur le châssis, en intercalant une rondelle de caoutchouc de 4 mm.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://photos1.blogger.com/img/252/5340/640/DSCN1419.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="border: 1px solid rgb(102, 0, 0); margin: 2px;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/img/252/5340/400/DSCN1417.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La dernière opération a été le démontage des deux longerons en chêne, et le contre percage de ces derniers directement sur les trous de diamètre de 8 mm des cornières inox, préalablement percés en atelier.&lt;br /&gt;De cette façon , je suis sûr de l'alignement parfait des deux pièces, qui seront boulonnées avec de la visserie de 40 x 8, tête fraisée coté bois.&lt;br /&gt;Astuce, les rondelles en caoutchouc, peuvent éventuellement atténuer les vibrations ou le bruit à la structure du canot.&lt;br /&gt;Sur une des photos , on peut voir un essai de plateau en ctp ( ou bac) de réception des condensas ou huile de la machine , c'est un essai qui ne me convient pas, et un autre projet mûrement réfléchi depuis verra le jour samedi prochain.&lt;br /&gt;Affaire à suivre donc. Dans la version présente, ce bac se glisse et s'enlève facilement du dessous de la machine, pour la facilité de nettoyage ou de maintenance.&lt;br /&gt;Cordialement à tous.&lt;br /&gt;Jean-Jacques.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;18 Juillet 2005&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;Voici les nouvelles de Jean-Jacques qui a beaucoup travaillé sur Keltia pendant le long WE du 14 juillet.&lt;br /&gt;"Bonjour à toutes et à tous,&lt;br /&gt;Juste quelques lignes et photos pour vous donnez l'état d'avancement des aménagements de Keltia( Keltia étant la traduction du nom Celte en Breton).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Je viens de terminer la pose des varangues, (visserie inox et collées à l'époxy) et de poser les traverses (ou carlingues) en chêne blanc, cet ensemble recevra une chaudière en acier et cuivre de 150 kg environ, le tout boulonné sur une plaque en alu de 5 mm d'épaisseur.&lt;br /&gt;La ligne d'arbre est posée, restera l'alignement et le calage entre la machine, le palier à roulement, le presse-étoupe, et la bague hydrolube de fin de tube d'étambot.&lt;br /&gt;La mise en place de la machine Pearl (2"1/2 x 3 ") sera en provisoire, pour la confection de son ber, et de l'alignement de l'arbre d'hélice, cette manœuvre est programmée pour samedi prochain.&lt;br /&gt;J'ai commencé de découper, et ajuster les deux montants des deux bancs longitudinaux du poste arrière, le tracé, la découpe en planche de bois noble, et l'ajustage de ces deux bancs seront mes prochaines étapes.&lt;br /&gt;Après quoi .... mais ceci est une autre histoire, et ne brûlons pas les étapes, un rendez vous important est déjà programmé pour Douarnenez 2006 (ceux qui y ont déjà participé comprendront.)&lt;br /&gt;Cordialement à toutes et a tous.&lt;br /&gt;Jean Jacques  - Montrouge.     "&lt;br /&gt;et quelques photos du travail accompli!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://photos1.blogger.com/img/252/5340/640/DSCN13821.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="border: 1px solid rgb(102, 0, 0); margin: 2px;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/img/252/5340/400/DSCN13821.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://photos1.blogger.com/img/252/5340/640/DSCN1385.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="border: 1px solid rgb(102, 0, 0); margin: 2px;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/img/252/5340/400/DSCN1385.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://photos1.blogger.com/img/252/5340/640/DSCN1380.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="border: 1px solid rgb(102, 0, 0); margin: 2px;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/img/252/5340/400/DSCN1380.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;10 juillet 2005&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;Voila le petit mail que Jean-Jacques m'a envoyé hier soir:&lt;br /&gt;"Salut Thierry, voici qq photos, elles sont du jour; c'est à dire fraîches de ce dimanche 10 juillet .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pour infos,pour la mise en forme et le montage de toutes ses pièces, je m'appuie sur mon plan au 1/10, de mon propre aménagement que j'ai dessiné en décembre 2004, je te rappelle que la coque m'a été livrée entièrement nue, et aucun plan d'aménagement n'était prévu avec l'architecte F.Vivier, mais son livre "Construction Bois - les techniques modernes " et un second petit livret "Guide de la construction des bateaux en bois " m'ont bien aidé dans mes problématiques d'assemblages et de connaissances de ce type de construction amateur (Editeur le Chasse -Marée).&lt;br /&gt;Toutes les varangues (23 à 24 mm d'épaisseur) sont faites tout d'abord selon un gabarit en bois et carton, puis tracées et ajustées sur du massif de bois noble (ici c'est du grand Bassam, variété d'acajou).&lt;br /&gt;Le bois en question, m'a été fourni sous forme de plateau, non déligné, ni raboté, en brut de "décoffrage" si l'on veut, tu vois ce qu'il reste à faire avant de poser et de coller ta belle petite pièce ajustée avec amour ...(sic !), c'est très long, pas très compliqué, si on est un "tantinet" méticuleux, et le résultat est sympa.&lt;br /&gt;Tu verras, camarade, quand tu en seras au même point sur ta coque.&lt;br /&gt;Actuellement Keltia, est au point suivant, les caissons avant et arrières sont définis et posés, les varangues seront collées et vissées (du moins celles qui ne le sont pas encore) au mieux le jeudi 14 /07.&lt;br /&gt;Petite parenthèse, conseils avisés de François, chaque varangue est collée à l'époxy, mais aussi vissées de l'extérieur de la coque (vis inox de dia. de 6 mm x 80 mm ) sur un entraxe de 250 à 300 mm de chaque coté de la quille.&lt;br /&gt;Têtes de vis noyées dans un chanfrein approprié dans le ctp, extérieur coque.
